Referral Program Terms

Pinbright Referral Program. Run by Rooted Online LLC d/b/a Pinbright ("we," "us"). Effective October 30, 2026.

  1. Who can refer. Any current Pinbright client whose account is paid up.
  2. How it works. Share your personal referral code (a random code like PB-7K3Q, made only of letters and numbers that are hard to mix up: no 0, O, 1, I or L, and no names) or your referral link with another business owner. They can use your link, enter your code, or put your name or business in the optional "Who sent you?" box on our quote or getting-started form. You earn one Referral Credit if (a) they sign up for a Pinbright plan within 60 days of the day we first receive your code or name from them, and (b) their first monthly payment clears and isn't refunded or disputed for 30 days. If they sign up after the 60 days, no credit is earned.
  3. Your reward. One Referral Credit equals one month of your plan or one month of the new client's plan, whichever costs less. Current monthly plan prices: Google Listing $97, Starter $149, Core $297, Growth $447. We apply it to your next invoice, against your plan charge only. Add-ons and any sales tax are billed as usual. A credit can't be more than your plan charge for that month, and an invoice never goes below $0. Any part of a credit that's more than your plan charge that month is not carried over.
  4. No cash value. Credits can't be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold. If you cancel your plan, any credits you haven't used end on your last billing date.
  5. Limits. One credit per new client, no matter how many people referred them. If more than one client refers the same business, the first referral we receive counts. No self-referrals, and no referring a business you own, co-own or are affiliated with. The new client must be new to Pinbright. You can earn up to 12 credits per calendar year.
  6. Sharing honestly. When you recommend us, say that you get a credit on your Pinbright bill if they sign up. For example: "Heads up: I get a credit on my Pinbright bill if you sign up." Speak only from your own experience, and don't promise results like more calls, jobs or rankings. Share personally, one to one. Don't send bulk email or mass texts about us. We never give credits for reviews or ratings, so please don't offer one.
  7. No extras for the new client. The program has no sign-up bonus for new clients. They pay our normal prices.
  8. Changes. We may change or end this program at any time by updating these terms and emailing current clients. Credits you've already earned are still honored. We may cancel credits earned by fraud or by breaking these terms.
  9. Your agreement still controls. These terms add to your Pinbright client agreement. If they conflict, the client agreement controls billing and cancellation. A credit isn't a refund and doesn't change your cancellation terms: you can cancel anytime by email (30 days' notice).
